After the India health department failed to supply healthcare facilities in a large number of villages across the country, the country’s rural development department now has come forward to take the initiative to guarantee medical services in the neglected and poor villages. 

Positive Indian health department had earlier failed to appoint doctors in many villages as budding doctors did not want to go to rural areas. Several steps were initiated to change the scenario, but the department failed to get a grab over the circumstances due to the reluctance of the doctors. Even, the department had determined to assign doctors in gram panchayats on daily remuneration basis, but this also failed to yield any positive result. 

At present, as the panchayat and rural development department has come forward to solve the long standing problem; hapless villagers expect that the situation would change in near future.
